Architects or creating their own.
We making a step further and providing 3D modeling services for the Structural Steel at the Tender stage by utilising Engineering models
if available or creating quick model from available Architectural and Engineering drawings (PDF or DWG) for the all structural members less
connetion plates.
We are guarantee that model will be to scale and take off material list will be much more accurate than any manual calculation.

TENDER SET's is a new service which helping our clients to win a projects with great presentation and accurate Take off material list.
This service is a fixed price service based on tonnage of the steel. Full price list is available upon request.
Normally to create a Tender model takes around 2 hours for the 5t structure.
And the BEST part - The tender preparation cost will be assigned as a deposit for the project and deducted from
the total fees in case when a steel detailing for the project is awarded to us.
